Welcome to Missouri Winemaking Society!

We are passionate about creating wines.

The Missouri Winemaking Society meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Meetings usually begin at 7:00 p.m. We currently meet at the St. Gerard Majella Parish (1971 Dougherty Ferry Road in Kirkwood). Meetings start with officer and committee reports. A program follows dealing with some aspect of winemaking. The speaker is usually a club member or a winemaker from a commercial winery. During and after the program, homemade or commercial wines are tasted and critiqued. Wine and winemaking procedures are discussed to better understand the process and its impact on a finished wine.

The Missouri Winemaking Society also holds social events throughout the year. Events have included grapevine pruning demonstrations, field trips to commercial wineries and vineyards, and an annual Holiday Party with a wine exchange.

Please feel free to come and join us at a meeting. Check out our fun meetings below.
